What's in a name?
"Willow's Pascal Sparrow"

All of the foals born at Willow Run Connemaras will carry the "Willow" prefix to designate it as having come
from our Farm.
So, if you meet a "Willow" Connemara out in the World, Give it a HUG!

Our first little foal was born under very special circumstances and hence has been given a very special name!
The "Pascal" is actually a tribute to Saint Pascal of Baylon, a Spanish shepard and animal lover and the Saint for
the day, May 17th. As our little "Pascal" was born the instant we all left the Farm we figured that he must have
had someone watching over him to help him arrive safely. "Pascal" seemed only fitting.
The "Sparrow" in his name is a definate tribute to his maternal great grand-sire, the famous, All Ireland
Jumping Champion,
*Grange Finn Sparrow and his grandam Wise Sparrow.
In fact many, many Connemaras with a blood connection to this famous pony carry the honorable "Sparrow" in
their name.
We have only visions of greatness for this colt as we are sure he will live up to and embody all the special
attributes his name carries!
